BEANIES ARE HERE!

There are FIVE times/ways to pick-up your order:

  1. Irondale Varsity Football Game TOMORROW, 9/28. Near the concession stand from 6PM until half-time.
  2. Thursday October 4th, 4:30 – 7:00 PM. Irondale HS near concession stand.
  3. Saturday, October 6th at our NE Palace Fundraiser! https://www.facebook.com/events/2169574816588563/
  4. Wednesday, October 17th at the last Irondale Varsity Football Game near the concession stand from 6PM through half-time.
  5. My house (9/29 – 10/17). Text (612.227.0185) or email (amy.lamere@gmail.com) me and we can arrange a time. Evenings and weekends.

We have plenty of extra beanies if you want to purchase more.

FALL FUNDRAISER - 10/6 @ NE PALACE

FUNDRAISER TIME!

As a completely volunteer-run organization we rely on this event to provide funds for operating costs and scholarships. Our kids get the amazing experience of playing football because of YOU and your generosity.

Many of you have been hearing from your team parents about out Fall Fundraiser. We have a great (adult only) time at the NE Palace Saturday, October 6th 5PM – 8PM – music, beer, food all covered with $20 ticket price. There will be excellent raffle items and auction/raffle baskets. We hope that you will join us and bring lots of friends.

TICKETS – Team Parents will be your contact for tickets. They will also be available at the door. To make this event a success we would like each player to sell at least (2) tickets. Ticket sales close on 10/4 – BUY NOW!

RAFFLE ITEMS – talk to any local business owners you know who can donate items or gift cards. Do you have season tickets or autographed items to donate? We love donations of bottles of liquor, too. Give to team parents or me by 9/28. If you need our 501c3 send an email to amy.lamere@gmail.com.

BASKETS - each team is asked to contribute one or two baskets for silent auction or raffle. Team Parents will be communicating their needs.

In previous years I would have already been bombarding you with communications about this event. Reward us for this break in your email box by buying tickets and providing donations ASAP!
