5th - 6th Grade Director
Identify coaching candidates, get coaches list of league rules by grade, form teams with coaches input, act as point person for any league/referee disputes, contact scholarship players parents, handle parent questions/complaints, work with coaches on dates that need to be avoided for game purposes, help at registration, work with coaches on any team issues that arise, coordinate pictures (photographer, time, place and distribution), get jersey orders from coaches to submit to the Equipment Manager, league contact for questions, make sure that home fields have down and distance markers for all games played on an Irondale field, work with President to work out schedule conflicts with fields and communicate with affected teams.
