Grievance Process

Follow this process if you have a grievance about IYFA football.

 

Each member of IFYA is urged to conduct business in such a way as to prevent circumstances which may lead to grievances.  Members should attempt to resolve grievances informally at the coaching level.  When this method fails to resolve problems, grievances may be filed ONLY by sending an email to this link to the Irondale Youth Football Association board.

The grievance should include the name and contact information of the person filing the grievance, facts on which it is based, the provision(s) violated, the individuals involved and the action requested.
 
The grievance will be considered by the Grievance Committee of the Board and a response will be issued within 7 days.

No protest or grievance will be considered on a decision involving a referee's judgment.

The decision of the Grievance Committee will be final and may not be appealed.
